BROST Mr. Brost held numerous management positions at a major bank prior to establishing Strategic Investments in 1983.  Mr. Brost holds a Bachelor's Degree from Allegheny College and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development. DAVID M. ZEBRO Prior to joining Strategic Investments in 1984, Mr. Zebro held senior management positions in finance, planning and operations with several Fortune 500 companies.  Mr. Zebro holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
